Godric the Lion

Description

This regal animal is a lion of tawny powerful body, dense dark mane, and wickedly sharp teeth and claws. His name is Godric, and he's the mascot for the House of Gryffindor. He might give the impression of laziness, but there can be no doubt that those handsome golden eyes can narrow in a moment and that one swipe of sleekly heavy paw could break bones. Godric is raw power, restrained until cause arises.
