Following are the descriptions of the costumes worn to the 1937 Hallowe'en Feast and dance at Hogwarts.
Elspeth and Noalan
Two mice enter side by side. While there is still a human shape to their heads, masks of fur have sprouted from their cheeks and up around their eyes to their foreheads. The fur goes down almost to the top of their noses, the very tips being a little pointier and pink like a mouse's nose. Their chins and jawlines are normal human, but their incisor teeth have been slightly enhanced in a mouselike fashion. Their arms (what can be seen of them) and the backs of their hands are furry as well, but the underside, which is usually soft and pink on a mouse, is the pink of human skin and fingers.
The fur of the male mouse is sleek and dark, and with his human hair slicked back, it's almost impossible to tell where his 'fur' ends and hair begins. A tophat perched rather rakishly has a hole cut in it for one of his big, round mouse ears to poke through. He is dressed head to foot in formal wear, and his whiskers are curled rather dashingly. His pink tail splits the tails of his formal coat and curls over one arm, near the hand which carries an ebony cane with a rather spectalar (though fake) emerald at the top of it.
The girl mouse's fur is a little fuzzier and soft looking, of a lighter grayish brown hue. Her long, dark red hair has been parted and hangs about her shoulders in two looping braids. Her dress is simpler, yellow, puffy sleeved cotton with a pattern of tiny flowers in the fabric, and a pinafore with flowers embroidered along the edges. A little circlet of flowers woven together circles on ear, and her pink tail is also tucked up over her wrist. In her hand she carries a basket of vegetables and bread, simple foods one finds in the country.
Ripley
There's a glow as one looks at the costume. Soft little balls of light are first thing that is noticed about this boy as they sweep across his costume. Two on his arm that adorn a leather wrist guard and end on his wrist. Three dots of glowing light twinkle across his belt that loops around and hangs down off to one side with a rather bright light on the end of the belt that hangs loose. On his legs are is a skirt made out of linen with several straps attached to a belt that goes over it. At each knee, applied to a greave that is worn right below, is one more small light. The rest of the costume is in deep browns as he's decked out in what looks to be a leather breastplate that is held on with straps across his shoulders. On the left side is a short sword in a scabbard and resting upon his right arm is a shield in a roman design. Lots more of the little lights just barely twinkle around the costume, slowly growing in intensity and fading back. On his feet are a pair of sandals that attach by wrapped leather up his legs.
Gareth
He's currently dressed in a rather dour, black velvet suit that appears to be nearly a hundred years out of date. A white cravat is tied loosely around his throat, tucked into the high-collared coat. Perched on his shoulder is a stuffed raven which has been charmed to croak, "Nevermore," every now and again. A golden brooch in the shape of an Egyptian scarab clings to one lapel. Tucked carelessly in one pocket is a certain purloined letter. In his left hand, he carries an extremely realistic mask depicting a stiffened cadaver. Last but not least, his pocket watch has been charmed to tick loudly in time to a human heartbeat.
Lorraine
They say the Devil wears red. In Lorraine's case, this means red hair. Obnoxiously bright, it offsets her icy blue eyes just so. Her face is pale and serious, though it is prone to breaking out into a smile now and again. Though she wouldn't seem an imposing figure, built slender and on the taller side of average, she has a way of fixing people with a disapproving (and very chilly) glare. Lorraine wears a red gown of mideval inspiration. The sleeves bell out to the elbow, showing a poof of cream fabric beneath the red, before continuing on to cling tightly to her arm down to the wrist. Around the square neck of her dress is gold trim, with a purple undershirt worn up to her neck. Purple broaches are attached to each shoulder and in the middle of a gold belt slung low around her hips. On her head she wears a cream colored cowl, her red hair tucked up under it. The headpiece is big and red and puffy, and covered in a thin, transparent veil. She is clearly Alberta Toothill, a famous duelist featured on Chocolate Frog cards.
Lucian
Blinding golden light fills the doorway, causing several nearby students to squint and shield their eyes. After a few moments of this luminescent display, the shine dims enough to see the young man wearing a resplendent suit of gilded armour. It is more ceremonial in appearance than practical (it is a costume, after all), with a mane of wire-like metallic gold spokes radiating out from his neck-brace, shoulderpads, rerebraces, and various other armour pieces — even a thin crown upon his brow. The spokes are enchanted to radiate light, which streams off of the ends of them like sunbeams. Likewise, the sunburst patterns embossed on the armour gleam with magical light. He is the sun, the light of dawn, the Day itself.
Ria
This young lady gives off a rather ethereal presence with her pale skin and her dark features contrasting to give the impression that she is the night sky manifested into human form. Midnight black hair is tied up in an elegant fashion with faint but distinct white twinkling sprinkled about. Its loose strands fall around her pale but luminescent cheeks and wide green innocent-looking eyes. A subtle shade of pink is featured on her full lips, which only add to the dignified way her long neck looks when she holds her chin up.
The black satin material of her dress is so deep that it seems to radiate darkness, giving her a lean and long silhouette. But certain areas shimmer and twinkle like stars as she moves. The cloth hangs in loosely around her neck, giving modest cover in the front but the low cut in the rear exposes the delicate skin of her back. A slit that begins just above the knee lets one leg teasingly out among a sea of black. While her skirt flows down from her waist in luxurious folds and trail behind her when she walks, it's unclear where it ends. For the hem seems to merge with any shadows lingering on the floor, splitting and joining with others as she moves.
Her jewelry truly captures the beauty of the stars. Ornate diamond jewelry coils her neck and wrists and hangs from her ears. Their glow is bright, catching every trace of light and reflecting it back off with a brilliant shine.
Gerald
Gerald is wearing a shining light metal breastplate, a red tunic hangs down one of his shoulders. On his head is a helmet that looks suspiciously like a Spanish Conquistador's. His pants are brown and he is wearing rather heavy looking leather boots. Everything looks authentic and well kept.
Seamus
Dark midnight black colours the bandana that Seamus has tucked his hair up under. Dark obsidian colours the loose fitting poet's shirt that hangs lightly on Seamus' slender frame. Thin strands of obsidian cotton thread criss cross the v shaped opening, standing out against his much paler skin. Loose full length sleeves flow around his slender warms tucked neatly into the black leather gloves. THe hem lays tucked behind a swath of jet black cloth that wraps about his waist and covers the top of his raven black breeches that cling a bit before disappearing into his raven black leather pirate boots. His wand hands in a holster at his waist like a sword waiting to be drawn.
Briar
A braid that comes down on the left side of her lovely face that is adorned with small beads and shells in a criss cross pattern. The rest of her hair is decorated with a dozen blooms of white tiger lilies. The dance and open and close and give a tiger's roar on occasion. The costume itself is a whimsical conglomeration of the styles of the different Native American Tribes. All nicely combined to represent Neverland's Indian Princess: Tigerlily. The neckline of the leather dress she wears cuts a little low and is decorated with beadwork all along the edges. Small bits of long fringe out of the same leather flutter about at the shoulders of the costume with beads on some of the fringe. The dress comes down in a basic shape and ends just below the knee as the eye flows down to the leather moccasins that adorn this woman's feet. Around her waist is a beautiful leather belt with complicated beadwork in the same colors as the others.

Kaiden
The boy before you seems quite large for his age. Obviously in his late teens, by the look of the small amount of stubble on his chin. He's tall and lean, standing at about six feet tall and and 160 pounds, so almost on the lanky side. His hair is a dark brown and usually worn messy, hanging around his face. At the moment he is wearing a light green tunic and darker green tights. Around his waist is a dark leather belt with a dagger sheath hanging off of it, though there's no dagger present, prop or not. Atop his head is an elf hat with a small red feather sticking out of it.
Josie
This young girl seems to be about eleven years of age, if that. Standing maybe four and a half feet tall, she's still somewhat short for her age, and scrawny too. She has brown hair, which is straight and short, cut in a barely feminine style. Her eyes are a pale blue, and she has a tiny scar on her neck near her throat. Dressed as a boy, Josie really looks like one, and she even looks younger than she is as her clothes are slightly oversized. On her head is an overlarge floppy hat that hides most of her hair, and she's wearing a bright red bulky sweater that looks large on her but the sleeves are the right length. Over her shoulders are a pair of suspenders holding up a pair of too-large tattered brown trousers, the pantlegs of which are rolled up at her ankles to reveal a pair of well-worn shoes.
Warren
A boy of a little over six feet and around sixteen years of age, pale skinned and dark haired, athletic in build. His hair has somehow been replaced with a busy white mane, and a fairly impressive beard of the same color. His eyes are a dull brown in color, thin dark brows arched above them, a slightly downturned nose below. His lips are think, his chin jutting out a touch, his face squareish in general.
Today he's Nicholas Flamell. He's wearing a flamboyant green robe, something with lots of frills and fancy designs that looks like a lot of effort was put into it. His most telling feature is a jagged red gem that he's either got in hand or floating at his side, the famous Philosopher's Stone. That and a few dozen pouches full of ingredients and alchemist tools round it all out, all with varying degrees of authenticity.
Gabriel
This small boy is wearing a skin tight suit of purple cloth that covers him from head to foot leaving nothing visible except for his face. Over the suit he wears a pair of diagonally stripped shorts in silver and black held up by a wide leather belt with a silver skull inset in a silver triangle serving as a buckle. His feet are covered by heavy black leather boot and instead of two gun holsters a single holster hangs from his belt to hold his wand. To disguse his identity the boy has chosen to wear a black domino mask, its string hidden under the suits purple skullcap.
Leander
This adolescent is lanky and pale-skinned, with long, curly black hair that flips about on his forehead. Clean-shaven and earnest-faced, he has solemn brown eyes that make him look foreboding - though when he does smile it's a bit like a glimpse of the sun through storm clouds. He's well built but rather thin, and stands on the tall side; at just under six feet, he's more wiry than muscular. At the moment, he's dressed in a black, tattered roughspun robe that hangs about his gaunt frame, completely concealing his body in a shapeless mass of darkness. The arms that protrude on either side are sunbleached bones. The hood thrown up over his head shows a skull-like face underneath with red, glowing eyes - in fact, a dull red glow surrounds his entire figure. To top it all off, he's clasping a huge scythe. When it comes to style and fashion, Leander has always been painfully straightforward, and costumes are clearly no different - he's dressed as Death Incarnate.
Eamon
Rather than his school robes, Eamon instead wears a costume, looking like Flash Gordon. He wears a skin-tight red shirt that shows off his athletic build. Yellow buttons are sewed in a circle around the collar of his shirt. A yellow sash is wrapped around his waist, with a black belt over it. A ray gun is holstered on the belt, hanging at his hip. His pants are black with a yellow stripe down the outside of each leg, and are tucked into tall shiny black boots.
Mabel
Tonight, Mabel's done up in quite a costume, resembling some kind of Valkyrie, she's wearing a cloak of angel-like hawk-wings on her back, stirring and moving slightly under some Charm or other, over an Empire-waisted gown from the 20's in saffron orange and a touch of green, with a belt-skirt resembling silvery chainmail, with green shoes and matching evening gloves. Topping it all off is a winged helmet that can tilt forward to form the costume's mask.
Muggle film-goers might recognize a princess of the Hawk Men from Flash Gordon movie serials.
Gabrielle
Gabrielle is wearing a rather expensive green medieval-looking gown with a bodice, pulled just tight enough to show curves that most didn't know she had, but not tight enough to be completly uncomfortable.There is a touch of cleavage showing .She wears no jewlery.On her arms are long doeskin evening gloves . On top of her now red loose hair is a wreath of vines and colorful flowers. She has a touch of make up on, for a more controlled natural look.
Claire
White hair is swept back from a receding hair line, scalp covered in age spots. Bags under her eyes and sunken cheeks acentuating prominent cheekbones further the impression of incredible age. Claire has even shrunk a few inches. She wears elaborate purple robes and has applied a short white beard in the manner of Headmaster Dippet.
Cillian
He wears a generic Quidditch player outfit, his robes a patchwork of different school colors for the various houses. On his chest however, he's sewn a piece of parchment upon which he's drawn…a muscular physique, something like…pecs and a six pack all drawn and his arms have a few bulges like…biceps and the like created by stuff shoved up his sleeves. A pair of goggles are worn with bits of gold and gadgetry he's taken apart and pasted to the goggles. He balances precariously on a pair of shoes with blocks tied to them to make him taller and he carries a toy broom. Presenting: Captain Teddy Ripkin Hephie Colt Kai Dupofox.
Soleil
The costume of this woman is full of flowing and beautiful angles. Her skin glows with a soft luminescence that is obviously put there with magic. Fluttering angel wings move slightly behind this girl, slowly undulating as she stands. The wings are gilded with gold and all the feathers seem to glow lightly with their own light. A halo floats above her head that shimmers between gold and silver, the colors caressing the metal itself. Her dress is silken and glittery with a form fitting bodice that goes down into a full skirt. The sleeves billow up and add to the airy quality of the whole costume. Upon her feet are a small pair of silvery pumps.
Ophelia
Ophelia is dressed as a flower. She wears a dress of deep, shimmering green with thin straps over her shoulders and a low, v-shaped neckline (which dips even lower in the back than the front). The dress her thin frame fits snugly down to her hips, where it flares out from the asymmetrical waistline into large petals that bloom around her legs, ending just below her knees. Shoes of the same green as the bodice, with straps over her ankle and a small heel, cover her feet. Yet more green has been painted in swirling vines down one arm and up around her throat. Tiny flowers, their color matching the skirt petals, bloom amongst the vines. Yes more flowers have been woven into her shoulder-length ginger hair, which has been arranged into loose curls and pinned to one side with a large cluster of flowers and leaves. There are also, in her hair and on the dress and shoes, butterflies, with wings that flutter every so often as if they are truly alive.
But there is more to the costume. For the flowering skirt actually blooms, and glows from within, spreading sparkling pollen like pixie dust as she moves. And when the flower has bloomed to its fullest, the petals begin to fall, revealing another, different flower beneath. once the last petal of the old flower falls, those on her arms and in her hair change color to match the new flower, as do the butterflies. Even the tiny butterfly wing painted at the corner of her eyes changes, as do the highlighted locks painted in her hair.

Hephaesta
Hephaesta's brunette hair is up two piles at the back of her head, with curly wisps hanging down around her eyes. A glass-bead necklace sits close to her neck. Her dress is daringly off the shoulder, held up only by a pair of spaghetti straps near the neck. The pattern is an almost childish purple floral print. Along her face and shoulders are swirling, glittering patterns of gold, blue, and violet. Most notable, though, are the irridescent blue butterfly wings flittering at her back.

Maeve
A slight girl, below average at 4' 2" in height. Her round, pretty face and hazel eyes are framed by curly, shoulder length black hair. She always seems to have a happy smile on her face, and is generally looking around, taking in all the details of her surroundings. Around her neck is a simple necklace with a heart shaped pendant.
Currently, she's wearing a cute, pale blue gossamer looking dress, which comes down to her knees. Around the crown of her head, she wears a wreath of spring flowers. From her back are a pair of large fairy wings, which slowly move.
Colton
There must be some sort of enchantment on Colton, who's in a very tattered black suit with oversized tortured black shoes and a thin bamboo cane. Wearing a derby and sporting a square of a moustache over his upper lip the usual rather chatty young man is silent. His eyes go theatrically wide as he watches Josie, The Kid to his Charlie Chaplin Tramp feast on the candy. His movements even seem to be a bit staticy like he was a flickering bit of old film himself as he takes up a fork, takes up one small crimson jelly bean and then attempts to cut the thing in half with his knife. But of course the been half goes *pinging* off like a jet somewhere. He pouts and then tries again. *ping* Another… *ping* He comically weeps and then reaches under the table and pulls up…a shoe! It's a shoe made out of chocolate and licorice and he puts it on an empty plate and starts to portion it up for Josie and himself.
Christmas
A nimble and agile man stands here before you. He stands at 5'9" tall with messy chocolate brown hair. He might be considered cute by some, attractive by others, or down right beautiful to some. It is all a matter of what one might consider good looking. His oval shaped face, high cheek bones, thin nose, full lips, and pale blue eyes the color of the clear sapphires. His skin is clear of pimples yet has a few laugh lines around his eyes placing him to be in his mid to late teens. His body is well toned and muscular for a boy his age.
Chris is dressed in all green. The green silk has been tailored to fit his body with a slight shimmer of gold inlaided into the fabric. His red gloves and boots bearing the same gold shimmer. He is wearing a skinny black leather belt with a simple gold buckle around his waist. Over his face is a black mask. On his back is a bow and arrow set that looks to be the real thing.
