A cacophony of sounds may great a person when they enter this shop, any combination of growls, hisses, clucks or other sounds of animals. Neutral colors adorn the walls and the hardwood floors have been sanded down and then re-polished so they look good as new, or as close to it as possible. Colorful abstract pictures of various animals are hung on the wall, set above comfortable chairs and small benches. There are several tables scattered among the furniture, holding lamps and pamphlets for all sorts of things. Across from the main door, there is a check-in counter behind which a girl generally sits to take down names of those waiting to be seen. There's a door there too that leads to the hallway where an examination room can be found, along with stairs that lead up to the loft living space above the store.

Besides the examination room, there is another that is loaded down with everything a good healing witch might need to craft the perfect potion to aid in healing an animal of it's illness or injury. Furthermore, there is also a small kennel area where those that might need to stay overnight can be safely kept and watched over.

A mud room just inside the door downstairs is lined with racks and storage space for outside wear and poor weather accessories. A narrow stair is just a few feet within this small mudroom where another door lies that leads into the animal clinic on the ground floor. At the top of the stairs, one finds the main area of the loft in it's living room area with a fireplace (Floo Network-able) that's adjoined to a dining room, which is attached to a kitchen. Within the kitchen there is everything a witch or wizard could need to conjure up something to eat and drink. A sink with fresh spring water, the latest in ice box magical artificing: the Freezrigator, and a large hearth with plenty of iron appliances to accommodate cauldrons and pans of all shapes and sizes. The floors are all darkened ancient hardwood, waxed and polished in all shades of oak.

Seating within the living room is cozy and intimate, the sofas and chairs arranged around a coffee table before the fireplace. Within the dining room is a table that could easily sit six when fully extended, but currently only four tables sit around it. Down a hallway that leads to the bathroom lies two bedrooms, one which is currently used as an office with bookcases and a desk found within.
