Description
The inside of LeFay Tenements is the overwhelming sense of grim propriety. The main hallway is floored with small black and dark emerald green tiles and dominated by a stone staircase the runs up the east wall. To the west is a door leading to the a small room that serves double duty as a sitting room and an office. Another door leads into a large room set up as a dinning hall, the furniture all mismatched and old yet clearly serviceable and in good repair. At the far end of the hallway, under the stairs, is a door that leads into a small recreation room. The whole building has been cleaned within an inch of its life but for all the care taken to maintain the place it still seems rundown and threadbare, the prevalent color scheme of black and green giving the impression of a crate of green bottles smashed over fresh asphalt.
