Reported by the Daily Prophet in an early edition on October 21st:

In the early evening of October 20th, a team of Aurors and Hit Wizards entered Hogwarts to serve a warrant issued by the Wizengamot. According to early reports, the M.L.E. was in search of documents in the possession of Headmaster Flint. While the contents of these documents remains unclear, the officers were seen departing Hogwarts with a secured chest.

It is highly irregular for agents of the M.L.E. to be permitted beyond the gates of Hogwarts, suggesting that the matter must be extremely important. Adding to the gravity of the situation, reports indicate that the Chairman of the Hogwarts Board of Governors, Enceladus Malfoy, arrived on the scene as well.

When asked for a comment, Mr. Malfoy gave the following statement: "The officers of the Department of Magical Law Enforcement were acting on a legal warrant issued by the Wizengamot. They are investigating a very serious matter that I am not at liberty to discuss at this time. I have every confidence that they acted appropriately, and if anything further comes of it, I have asked to be informed immediately."
