Description
Myrus is just passing five feet, seven inches. Hazel blue eyes and light skin. The roundness of childhood cheeks hasn't completely faded yet, and his dark hair is usually waved to one side or the other with a slight wavyness to it. As he's grown through his time in school he's filled out in the chest and shoulders some.
He quite often wears a white long-sleeve dress shirt with black vest, black tie and black patent leather shoes under his wizard robes that bear the Ravenclaw crest on the chest.
Background
Myrus Gregory Lowe was born January 1, 1923 to Violet Ignessa Lowe (nee Carrow) and Revvin Darias Lowe. He has one sister younger than he by three years, named Amelia Scarlett Lowe. Their home life was simple and comfortable, coming from a mixture of old money and a good investment plan by his father to keep their heads well above water. The kids never wanted for much. Even though she wanted a pet unicorn and he wanted a pet dragon. Close enough his tenth birthday he was given a compendium of dragons by his parents and from that day forward his love of plants and animals in the world grew exponentially and showed itself during his first four years at Hogwarts. Care for magical creatures would never be off his schedule!
When he was in Diagon Alley for the first time after recieving the letter to Hogwarts, his parents were thrilled. A family excursion was taken to the Broom Shop. He was given a broom of exceptional quality, which was replaced if it broke or newer models came out. Not top of the shelf, but nowhere near the bottom. When in the wand shop, he was immediately notified the wand he was supposed to have when it flew off of the shelf to land on the counter. A twelve and one quarter inch slightly yielding yew wand with a Dragon Heartstring core. His selection of familiar creature was a tough decision, for he loved magical animals so. In the end he decided to stick with his first decision, a light brown and white barn owl named Fjurik. After platform 9 and Three Quarters, Myrus was off to Hogwarts to begin his tutelage.
After getting to Hogwarts in 1934, his personality took a turn for the.. strange. He had been an outgoing boy with his parents, but one mistake they made in home-schooling them until they were of age to attend was a lack of social interaction with people other than adults. So his social skills were lacking, which led to a lack of thinking before he spoke to someone and speaking his mind and exactly what he thought was a recurring thing. Even if it got him into trouble of some kind. Charms and Herbology were among his list of strong suits in application. Ancient Runes, although an elective, wasn't really a strong grade, to say the least. Nor were his Transfiguration class marks. But he kept trudging, and moving on. In his Fifth Year it came to light that, even as a Lowe, he didn't like seeing people bullied for no good reason (Purist sentiment skewed this perception).

Quirks
- Animal Lover.
- Blurt. He quite often says things on his mind that he probably shouldn't.
- Moxie: He's not afraid of anything. Even pain. But he's not crazy. So if the spoils outweight the pain, embarassment he doesn't want to deal with, or the annoying teachers on his back, he'll probably do it.
- Wealth: Well-To-Do - Old Money. Myrus' parents give him what he needs to purchase close to the best of school supplies. Though after he has what he needs, he finds himself without a lot to spend on himself or someone special. Note: As the first male grandchild of his father's parents, he was set up with a certain amount of money (that he doesn't know about yet) by his grandparents upon his birth, gaining interest within Gringotts in a trove deep in the catacombs beneath the bank. Luckily, his parents not only do not know about it, but even if they did, they could not touch it if they wanted to.
