((If you do not find an Organization befitting your character and know of one/have one in mind especially for Muggle Characters please contact Boo in game. She is very open to suggestion and very well likely can and will add an Organization on.))
General
Entertainment
Sports, Modeling, Radio Performers, Acting, Singing, Dancing, Comedian, etc. These types of professions can summarily be placed in the Entertainment Organization.
Media
Media is the world of mass communication. Characters in Media are journalists, news photographers, radio and television reporters, etc. They are distinguished from those in the Entertainment field by the nature of their work (i.e. information as opposed to entertaining).
Underworld
Looking deep enough into the shadows, one eventually finds society's seedy underbelly. This is where the illegal, immoral, or otherwise undesirable elements that have slipped between the cracks thrive. Mobsters, common crooks, snitches, prostitutes, and vagrants are all part of the underworld. The forgotten and shunned places of the wizarding world go even deeper, and host the likes of vampires, hags, trolls, and other Dark creatures.
Other
If you are not in any of the given organizations or any Organization for that matter, please use "Other" as your Organization. Though most jobs will likely fit within the "Workforce" Organizations found below.
Wizarding Organizations
Ministry of Magic
The Ministry of Magic is the organization responsible for overseeing all things magical in the U.K. It is headed by a Minister for Magic, and comprised of numerous different departments, each specializing in a different field relevant to the wizarding world.
Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry
Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry is located in the rural mountains of Scotland, near wizarding town of Hogsmeade, and not far from Dufftown, a Muggle community (though the spells shielding the school prevent any Muggle from finding it). The school motto is: "Draco dormiens nunquam titillandus", which is Latin for Never tickle a sleeping dragon. The student body is separated into four separate Houses: Gryffindor, Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw and Slytherin.

British Government and Law
The time has come when being nobility or gentry doesn't mean what it used to. The Monarch chooses the Prime Minister from the leader of the majority party in Parliament, which is about the only non-ceremonial connection the Crown has to government. The head of the British Government is the Prime Minister, who appoints the other Ministers of Government from members of Parliament. The Prime Minister and the more important Ministers comprise The Cabinet, all Ministers are members of and beholden to Parliament. Parliament is comprised of The Monarchy, The House of Lords, and The House of Commons. British law states that the Monarch has full executive authority, but in practice this means that the reigning Monarch is consulted only out of politeness and the Government itself, consisting of the Cabinet and the Houses of Parliament (Commons and Lords), which are the true executive and legislative power. The Monarch's participation in Government matters is limited to accepting resignations from Prime Ministers, naming the leader of the party who has won an election as Prime Minister and opening the Houses of Parliament with a speech each year.
Medical Services
There are several Muggle Hospitals and other Medical Facilities throughout the UK. But this Organization is reserved for those who work as a Nurse, Doctor, Orderly, Pharmacist, etc. within the area of play on game which is popularly known as Central London. In other words if you do not work on grid please take the 'Other' Organization. The Royal Hospital in Chelsea (D,6) is the only actual hospital that has been given an in game room. But there are many other hospitals within the gridded area. They could be dug if great need arises in a case by case matter.
Religion
Within Central London there are three gridded religious sites:
- Westminster Abbey, which is a very famous Anglican denomination church found in Westminster (E,5).
- The Great Synagogue of London, which is the main hub of London's Jewish community is located in the London City (G,2) area.
- Westminster Cathedral located in the Palace Garden (D,5) area and is for those of the Catholic faith.
While there are plenty of other faiths and denominations the people of London hold to. These are the three faiths that have actual places of worship within Central London. The Monarchy has recently begun to back a plan to build London's first Mosque. There are also many other (not dug) churches and Synagogues to the different Jewish and Christian beliefs, but those three were the ones chosen to be represented on grid. So while there are only the three buildings on the grid unlike the Medical Service Organization, anyone that fills a religious role in their own faith and community may be apart of this organization. Priests, Rabbis, Reverends, Preachers, Ministers, or the many other +Positions tied with ones faith are all apart of the Religion Organization.
