The Arts Club is putting together a performance before the 1941 Winter Holiday! Get involved in the planning of it (and maybe the performance if we have enough interest). It is currently being directed by an (NPC) 7th Year, Archimedes Lovegood — an arithmancer who has very avant-garde thoughts on a good production.

Getting Involved

• Characters who are involved in the Arts Club can be involved at any level; the pantomime is designed to make use of multiple artistic talents (visual: props, oratory: the few speaking roles, music: musical accompaniments, fashion: costuming, writing: scripting the play).
• Characters who have friends in the Arts Club can come to performances to help as aides.
• We're not likely to actually put the performance on, but focus on the drama around setting it up. Prima-donnas, hecklers, etc. We'd need multiple players expressing serious interest to actually do the performance.
• Three NPCs are part of this plotline; players interested can attempt to create these characters for themselves.
  • Archimedes Lovegood — an arithmancer who has very avant-garde thoughts on a good production. Soft-spoken and gentle but obsessed with optimization, he uses Arithmancy to deduce the optimal position for everyone to stand in for every part of the play.
  • Jonas Alderton — Lead actor as Sir Luckless, heavily interested in the lead actress (it's not mutual) and a bit of a big ego.
  • Universa Broadmoor — Lead Actress as the witch Amata. Short-tempered and loves to be the center of attention.
