Aquavitæ
Aquavitæ | Ingredient |
Aquavitæ is prepared by distilling white wine. Which pales the yellow colour into something that looks quite like water. If Aquavitæ is allowed to age it darkens back into a brownish, dark amber colour. (In essence, this is 'moonshine' and turns into brandy with age.) • Pour White Wine into Retort and place on stand over a low flame |
