The Elixir of Life is a sweet, aromatic liquid with the ability to extend an individual's life span. When brewed correctly, the liquid is red and gold like the plumage of a phoenix and it produces a warm golden glow. The liquid constantly swirls in its container. When ingested, the potion halts aging until the effects wear off. The potion can then be taken again to lengthen the anti-aging and longevity effects. It is almost impossible to make as the main ingredient, The Philosopher's Stone, is extremely rare with only one in existence. The stone is owned and was created by Nicholas Flamel, who is extremely secretive about the methodology. It is also reported that drinkers of the elixir are able to see Thestrals without having to see someone die first.

Ingredients: Amazing Quality Death Cap Draught (32 fl. oz) • Water (10 fl. oz) • 1 medium Phial of Phoenix Tears • 1 Philospher's Stone (Only one in existance, owned by Nicolas Flamel.) • Powdered Root of 5000 Year Old Tree (1 tsp.) Tree must be alive at extraction • 1 small phial Elixir to Induce Euphoria • A pinch of Salt

• Embarrassing Failure: Potion is destroyed, all ingredients and container are useless. +roll Body to judge any damage to brewer.
• Failure: The proportions are off and the potion is of poor quality. +roll Body to judge any damage to drinker.

• Any Success: 1 Potion is created.

• Success: The duration lasts for 1 year.
• Good Success: The duration lasts for 5 years.
• Great Success: The duration lasts for 10 years.
• Amazing Success: The duration lasts for 20 years.
