A basic sleeping draught to be administered before bedtime to aid in sleeping. However, it should not be used for a period longer than a week. Overuse can cause the drinker to fall asleep at odd hours of the day. Note: This potion has a shelf-life of one month. However, it is advisable to brew a fresh batch on a weekly basis. • Bring Water to a slow boil • Add Lavender to cauldron and stir 21 times anti-clockwise • Add chamomile and let simmer for 20 minutes (potion should be pale, clear, purple with a tint of green, though the green may not always be observable) • For nightmares: add a pinch of Purslane and stir 5 times, anti-clockwise • For a more powerful brew: add a pinch of Ginger Powder and stir 5 times, anti-clockwise • Remove from heat and leave to steep until room temperature. Strain and bottle. |

- Embarrassing Failure: Potion is destroyed, all ingredients and container are useless. +roll Body to judge any damage to brewer.

- Any Success: 1 Potion is created.
- Success: The duration lasts for 30 minutes.
- Good Success: The duration lasts for 1 hour.
- Great Success: The duration lasts for 3 hours.
- Amazing Success: The duration lasts for 6 hours.
