Description

Rich wheat gold hair falls in waves down to her mid back and is drawn up partially away from her face with a golden butterfly clasp. High cheekbones give an accented tilt to her pale blue eyes and graceful nose. Full lips of unpainted mauve carry a few lines around them. A long neck leads to a generous frame beset with womanly curves.

Practicality rules for the woman wearing a sensible skirt suit in cobalt blue. Its cut accentuates her gender but gives her an air of seriousness. A pair of white gloves match her pumps and when adorned, she wears a hat of the same color with sprigs of white feathers.

In 1932 when Tilly and her husband's family went for holiday to Ilfracombe, a seaside resort and civil parish in North Devon, England. While enjoying the sunny shores a Common Welsh Green dragon attacked a group of sunbathing Muggles. In the largest group of Memory Charms performed in the 20th century, the family removed the memories of the incident from almost all Muggles involved. While her In-Laws handled the Memory Charms and Muggles it was Tilly that handled the dragon. It's because of Tilly that there were no casualty and only a few bumps and scrapes and bruises. The dragon was quickly and safely returned to the preserve in Wales.

Clint Summberbee Father: (b. 1875) Pure-Blood. It was more personal high expectations than outright purism that led her parents to ostracize her for marrying a half-blood. They had done as many Pure-Blood families do and arranged for Tilly to marry a very nice Pure-Blood boy after Hogwarts. They never dreamed that she would (despite herself) fall in love with a bold half-blooded Gryffindor who she spent most of their seven years rolling her eyes about. So it really did not come to a surprise that Clint and Sheree did not approve of her heart's choice. The last time she spoke to her parents was to be declined when she asked them to come to the wedding.

Murray Husband: (b. October 26th, 1902) Half-Blood. Murray Toke is Obliviator, comes from a family of Obliviators. He is a silly man deep down though he does manage a professionalism when it comes to his work. Tilly loves him deeply for his youthful adventurous spirit but when it comes to parenting, it does leave Tilly looking like the strict disciplinarian.

Slater Child: (b. May 12th, 1924) Half-Blood. Gryffindor. Brave bold Slater. He was only eight years old during the Ilfracombe Incident in 1932, but he did his best to protect his siblings and made sure, near single handedly that they got to safety.

Harrel Child: (b. June 6th, 1928) Half-Blood. Gryffindor. Poor Harrel he was just old enough during the attack that he remembers and has become quite fearful in most of his every day life because of it. Tilly was a bit surprised that he was sorted Gryffindor and not Ravenclaw. But then she realized that the Sorting Hat must have recognized the bravery her son shows every day, overcoming his fears, handling every day with courage enough to face it with a smile. He is such a sweet boy.

Matilda Child: (b. July 3rd, 1930) Half-Blood. Tildy was at the beach with the rest of the family, fortunately she was too young at the time to remember any of it. Tilly is quite pleased that her daughter was sorted into House Ravenclaw in 1941.
