Description
Rather 'wee' in stature, Walden Longbottm has a spectacular head of pure white hair that seems forever tousled and attempting escape in the form of frizzy sideburns and wild waves. Kindly features somehow combine well with this chaos above - even if his slightly droopy eyes might be mistaken for a sombre persona at first, it won't be long before a charismatic smile puts paid to such notions. Looking to be in his late fifties at least, the man is still undeniably spry for his years.
Robes of algae-green corduroy envelops his form. It probably doesn't smell as musty as it looks. Really. A clean white shirt and dapper bowtie don't exactly help much in the entire lack of fashionable statement, though.
Background
Walden Longbottom, was one of three kids. Walden was the oldest of the three, with a younger brother, Lanford, and a baby sister, Verbena. Due to his birth order, Walden was considered heir to the Longbottom Family. He was raised to treat all with fairness and respect.
At Hogwarts he was sorted into Gryffindor House. Taking Care of Magical Creatures and Muggle Studies as his electives. Walden stayed for the full seven years and graduated after his N.E.W.T.s in Defense Against the Dark Arts, Charms and Potions.
Walden later met Colette Moody, an only daughter. This pairing resulted in a proper pure-blood son, Broderick. This pure-blood status provided the family some form of safety, though Walden's family still seemed to opposed the "Greater Good" view, preferring the view of equality among the Pure-bloods, Half-bloods and even Muggle-borns which was instilled into Broderick.
